研究方向:突触形成、成熟及相关疾病发病机制

         突触是神经元之间或神经元与靶细胞间形成的特殊细胞连接,介导神经信号在神经系统及其靶器官间传递,是神经环路形成和脑功能行使结构和功能单位。突触异常是导致精神疾病、神经疾病、感觉和运动障碍等疾病首要原因。但其形成、成熟调控机制远未厘清,相关疾病发病机制尚不明确。本实验室利用小鼠、果蝇等模式生物,以运动神经元与肌肉之间突触-神经肌肉接头为研究对象,综合细胞生物学、分子生物学、电生理等研究手段,探究突触形成、成熟调控机制,以及运动神经元退行性疾病脊髓侧索硬化症、脊髓性肌萎缩发病机制和治疗策略。
